CairnCore Systems provides marketing and automation systems for Australian contractors, including website development, lead capture, and follow-up automations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. Payment & Billing
Our service is billed on a month-to-month basis at the agreed rate. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts. Billing commences once your system goes live. You may cancel at any time with 7 days' notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to use our services in compliance with all applicable Australian laws. You are responsible for the content of messages sent through our automation systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
CairnCore Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
